A contemporary residence with simple volumetry, with the aim of a sale. The entire project was based on the land solar orientation and due to that it was possible to create large openings. The interior is marked by the double ceiling height, where the ground social living room integrates with the family room upstairs. There is also a translucent covering on the staircase.

Complete renovation of this duplex penthouse, the integration of social spaces turned all the attention o to the pool area and a new cellar for 300 bottles. Inside, the social living room is marked by a double height, integrated with dining room on the upper level, plenty of natural light. The biggest intervention was in furniture and wall coverings. Harmonization of all rooms in the apartment.
